When I say that ClickFunnels is revolutionary, I don’t mean that lightly. There is no company in the world that is quite like ClickFunnels. If you are starting with nothing or a part time job, or just a job that you don’t like and want to get out of eventually; ClickFunnels is the first step down a road that offers you the potential of financial freedom unlike any other company in the world. The great thing is that you will have the opportunity to start out wherever you are in your business to start making money that can change your life. https://winningwp.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Leadpages-404-Template.png
Not only can you charge a flat fee, but you can even charge a small percentage of the take. It all depends on your experience and how savvy you are at building funnels. If you’re not already a ClickFunnels Certified Partner, get your certification and get the accolades and acknowledgment you need for breathing assurances into just about any potential client you’ve got the so-called skills to pay the builds. https://cdn-evergreenprof.pressidium.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/2017-04-10_17-25-06.png
Hey Middle man took my line. As I was reading this I was thinking you hit the nail on the head. My brother got involved with one and so did my uncle Amway. I know my brother made no money. I have to check with my uncle but I am certain he didn’t. The only reason these companies get away with it, and it’s not illegal is because they have a product/. They don’t sell their products, they sell the pyramid part of it. And the meeting they go do are motivational meetings with their bible Rich Dad Poor Dad. I call them their “Rah Rah” meetings
The term “MLM company” isn’t exactly accurate because the company is not necessarily defined by the fact that it uses a multi-level marketing structure. Instead, a good MLM will be a product-centric company, meaning that it will be, for example, a cosmetics company that uses an MLM structure. Test the product of the company you are interested in; the product must be something that you would willingly advertise even if you weren't working for the company.
1) The cost to acquire new customers is rising. Before you could just send traffic to your website and make some money. Nowadays, it has become almost impossible unless you use sales funnels. What are sales funnels? It's simply a sequence of offers that you present to your customers. Basically, when you go to McDonald's, they ask you "Want some fries with that?" and "A dessert?". They make 8 times the profit with their "sales funnels". Would you like to make 8 times your profit? If you don't want to be out of business, you need sales funnels. What if I could show you the quickest and easiest way to build sales funnels without hiring a team and without coding? That brings us to point #2.
Do you have any information on how to set up and link Landing Page, Thank you page, etc. in Thrive (For an Affiliate funnel) like you do with Clickfunnels? I have read and watched several times (above) but am not able to convert Clickfunnel understanding to Thrive. I have watched several tutorials in Thrive University and haven't yet seen how to do that. Any assistance is greatly appreciated; Thank you! https://static1.squarespace.com/static/544c1964e4b0dd27d701dd68/t/566b502eb204d55a82ce6806/1449873463881/clickfunnels-pricing-landing-page-designs.png
A downline distributor is a recruited distributor from whom the sponsor (the one who recruited them) gains commissions. Every compensation plan involves recruiting other distributors to help sell the company’s product. Some compensation plans provide higher commissions for recruiting successful distributors (quality over quantity). Other plans only focus on simply hiring more distributors (quantity over quality). Overall, downline distributors help sponsors gain extra commissions.

Now that you’ve gotten your advertising, lead generation and sales up and running, you have to understand that your work does not stop there. There is also such as thing as lead nurturing. Develop a relationship with your customers through lead nurturing by communicating with them regularly. It can be through email broadcasts, SMS updates or through phone calls.
In time I would like to branch out into multiple niches, but am unsure whether I can do this using one company name. If I am effectively emailing various lists (who have bought different niche products and are categorised into separate email lists), would it be best to use different email addresses and company names for each niche? I am unsure what to do, as I do not wish to appear to deceive anyone, but do not want to be protrayed as an expert in every area.
The ease with which a sales funnel can now be created has to do with how funnels have changed throughout the years. In the beginning, they were essentially one shot marketing pieces. Think newspaper ads if you will. All three steps in the sales funnel (finding potential customers, selling yourself and your business and the sales pitch) was essentially a one pitch ad to entice the buyer to purchase a product. That’s not the case now. They have become a lot more complex. https://mk0sprout24comgnv2te.kinstacdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/clickfunnels-features.png

wow glad I found this site and yes… all is true with the frustrations of understanding and building an effective a WT (EFF)!! funnel is part of the subscription a “one on one” call with a mentor.. the “hot seat” or is that a group meeting on line.? I m looking for some one on one coaching at least for a while till I get rolling, I think any way! JAY https://i.ytimg.com/vi/yN_WsELuXwo/maxresdefault.jpg
“I wouldn’t be where I am today without the knowledge I gained from [Michael’s] live events and training CDs. Two MUST-HAVE [programs] in your CD library should be ‘The Total Success Pack‘ and ‘Building a Better Life.’ I’ve listened so many times I’ve lost  count. PRICELESS information for your journey to success in business and in life… ‘Easy to do. Easy not to do’ The choice is yours.” https://i.ytimg.com/vi/lpi88-z3Ck4/hqdefault.jpg
Thanks for this post. Very helpful. I do like direct sales; one reason for this is that it helps keep alive that age-old tradition of people interacting face-to-face (rather than mainly through texting and social media). For that reason, I think MLMs should target the lonely Millennials. Anyway, I was a member/distributor of Advocare for over 10 years and still miss the products and the activities in the company, now that I am temporarily out. I still plan to sign up again when I can afford it (long story–I’ll spare you). I am now involved in Melaleuca, and I must say in their defense that Melaleuca’s products are actually not overpriced. Because Preferred Customers are not only not expected, but also NOT ALLOWED to turn around and sell the products at the retail price, everyone pays the same low prices. (Granted, one can indeed go to the website and buy directly from the company if they do not want to become a Preferred Customer. Why would someone do that when the annual membership is only $19? Only if they do not want to commit to the minimum monthly requirement for Preferred Customers.) Public, keep this in mind! Don’t be fooled by the rebels who are selling old Melaleuca products on Amazon for way above the retail price!! You’re much better off buying fresh products directly from the factory, even if you pay retail price. Just sayin. My big question: What about Tupperware? I have been a Tupperware consultant for about 6 months, and I have found it to be extremely difficult to keep business going. The directors training me have said that Tupperware is the second most widely recognized brand name in the world, second only to Coca-Cola. If that is the case, why is it so hard to find people willing to host Tupperware parties? Why does it seem so hard to sell? Also, is it just me…Or, does Tupperware’s compensation plan stink?
Well, we’re going to and not only does that mean you’ll have the opportunity to join us for the best possible Funnel Hacking Live event yet. You’re going to get a foot in on all of the offers that will be presented at the event. This year, 2CCX was launched as a top of the line coaching program that was only available to those in attendance. The public does not have access to 2CCX as of right now and you could have access to the next cutting-edge coaching program. It’ll be worth it. It can take your business all the way to a million dollars with the right amount of work.

OK here is the difference Steve. If you quit any of these MLM companies for a whole year, Continue buying product but help no one set up a shopping account, even 2 years, will you continue to get paid by the company? So Steve, as a Director with Melaleuca you helped 8 people total set up a shopping account. There is no Direct or multilevel sales in that, and if they shop you earn commission on their shopping. You will not know what they shop for and thats ok cause its private. Melaleuca is a Consumer direct Manufacturer that sells to the public the products that THEY THEMSELVES make. So by your standards then …Proctor and Gamble is an MLM also. Oh and yes, I took over a year off of inviting people to see what Melaleuca was, and still received my residual check every single month. It is against company policy to sell Melaleuca products. https://effort4successdotcom.files.wordpress.com/2017/04/100s-templates.png

I totally agree, Mary. You can lose soooo much more just by opening up a small storefront business. I was in the Spa Industry and then the economy tanked in late 2008. I did not renew my lease in 2009. Lost my several hundred thousand dollar build-out. Lost so much more than taking an MLM business seriously. Even if I would have front loaded on a ton of product, I still would have been better off. People spend $750 and get some business cards then do nothing and blame MLM.
If you try to opt-in with the same information to get another video, they ask you to sign up again. I believe that is their process. Like I said, that creates some friction. Yes, you can enter a fake email, but, if you believe in the quality of the content (and it is really good content; Andrew is one of the best interviewers on the Internet), you won’t. https://i.ytimg.com/vi/CoTzY4GiQUw/maxresdefault.jpg
Their homepage has an interesting graphic. It’s the first step of the sales funnel. A branding line similar to Mint.com’s, MailChimp’s slogan Being yourself makes all the difference really has nothing to do with the tool. That might be a good thing. It’s aspirational marketing not unlike Grasshopper above. It’s about identity, freedom, and self-expression — ideas that are bigger than a product.
They were hot. These guys caught some shade for over-inflating their health products, but what health MLM doesn’t inflate their prices “a tiny bit” so they can dish out those juicy commissions? Well, their fiber product was 900% more than “leading alternatives” and their Trioten protein blend was 600% more expensive than Herbalife and Shaklee proteins. Ouch.
How to get started: The easiest way to start a community is to leverage tools that are already built for this purpose. Our preferred one for its simplicity is a closed Facebook Group. When you’re just starting your group, it’s important for you to define some basic guidelines for participation and interactions within your group, this will tell you what’s acceptable and what isn’t within your group. You can join Teachable’s Facebook group, The Teachable Tribe, to check out how we did this.

But say you’re evaluating marketing automation programs to help improve the sales funnel you’re creating. Because these programs can require investments of $1,500 a month, you’re likely to undergo a much more careful and thorough evaluation process. You might request free trials of the different systems you’re considering, have online demonstrations with each company’s representatives or view training videos to get a feel for how each system will perform. https://blogginganart.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Sales-Funnel.jpg
Remember that a conversion is simply one piece in a very large customer relationship-building and experience-generating puzzle. Funnel conversion rate is not the be-all-end-all of your marketing effort with that customer. Sometimes, the conversation after the conversion can make just as much of a difference in filling your funnel as chasing down every source of reliable traffic.
Now that you know the stages and strategies for the new digital marketing funnel, it’s time to put it all into action with a content distribution plan. To start, create an asset list in Microsoft Excel (I’ve included a downloadable template for you below). In your asset list, you should include all of your online marketing assets, including your landing pages (an easy way to do this is to run a crawl of your website with a tool like ScreamingFrog), ad creatives, blog posts, case studies, white papers—anything that’s come out of your marketing department.
You can also convert those ebooks into audiobooks using ACX, which will publish to Audible, also owned by Amazon. You can hire a producer or do it yourself. If you don’t have the funds for a producer, you can always share the revenue by doing a royalty split. You’ll need to give up some of your income, but if you don’t have the funds, it’s an easy way to get the audiobook produced for free.

With so many of the fastest growing MLM companies pushing to have you join, it can get confusing when you’re looking at MLM products, compensation plans, where to get leads, marketing tips, and most of all – can I really make money with this? What you need to remember, is that the best MLM to join in your situation is going to come down to one thing – finding a product and a business you are excited about sharing!
Particularly for SaaS companies, it might make sense to directly ask a first-time visitor to opt for a free trial. Buffer is a great example of this. They stopped expanding their email list, because they didn’t know what to do with it. Instead, they replaced most of CTA buttons on their blog that were persuading visitors to try the Buffer free trial.
The Direct Selling Association (DSA), a lobbying group for the MLM industry, reported that in 1990 only 25% of DSA members used the MLM business model. By 1999, this had grown to 77.3%.[26] By 2009, 94.2% of DSA members were using MLM, accounting for 99.6% of sellers, and 97.1% of sales.[27] Companies such as Avon, Electrolux, Tupperware,[28] and Kirby were all originally single-level marketing companies, using that traditional and uncontroversial direct selling business model (distinct from MLM) to sell their goods. However, they later introduced multi-level compensation plans, becoming MLMs.[23] The DSA has approximately 200 members[29] while it is estimated there are over 1,000 firms using multi-level marketing in the United States alone.[30] https://changecreator.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/10-mintue-funnel-screenshot.png
Thoroughly enjoyed reading your mlm breakdowns and the comments, thank you Jeremy. Had a successful mlm business but had to make a decision to give it up or have a breakdown due to ongoing upline bullying so at a big crossroads at the minute. being an ‘older’ lady here in the north of England doesn’t bode well for conventional job hunting in the current economic climate so some serious thinking needed on my part and QUICKLY lol. Thanks again Jeremy x https://i.ytimg.com/vi/QRLloDsPOXI/maxresdefault.jpg
I’m using CF now and have been in several MLM’s over the years and have always found the marketing model works so now I feel I have the experience to put this into helping lots of people I know, so my question is can you give me any more guidance and Can I use your post here to make it into a report I can use as a lead magnet? Obviously I will add my own take on the subject. https://cdn-evergreenprof.pressidium.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/2017-04-10_16-45-28.png
The Federal Trade Commission issued a decision, In re Amway Corp., in 1979 in which it indicated that multi-level marketing was not illegal per se in the United States. However, Amway was found guilty of price fixing (by effectively requiring "independent" distributors to sell at the same fixed price) and making exaggerated income claims.[47][48] The FTC advises that multi-level marketing organizations with greater incentives for recruitment than product sales are to be viewed skeptically. The FTC also warns that the practice of getting commissions from recruiting new members is outlawed in most states as "pyramiding".[49]
When I first wrote this article in 2011, I mentioned how the marketing copy for Crazy Egg’s heat-mapping feature could have been stronger by better explaining how the tool helps customers to increase conversions. While this information is clearer now thanks to the detailed visuals and simple copy layout that allows the reader to skim and scan — it could be better by explaining a bit more.
Visitor-to-lead conversion rate: This metric will tell you what percentage of your website visitors end up becoming leads. You can use this as an indicator of how attractive your offer to become a lead (we’ll talk about the type of content you should use in this stage in a second) is to your visitors. As you might expect, you should aim for a high conversion rate. If you use tools to capture leads with popups forms, this metric will be tracked and provided to you. However, if you use other tactics to collect leads you might need to use Google Analytics goals to keep track of this metric.
I was a hard NO to network marketing companies because my perception was all the things you listed – expensive to start, most people lose money, etc. I’m a former financial analyst however, and once my first daughter was a year old, I was at the breaking point with the corporate world too! Then I was introduced to the social marketing company I’m now a part of (and have been for 2.5 years now), and am happy to say that my income now matches that of my corporate job, WITH the perks of setting my own schedule, working from home, being present for my children, etc. So, perhaps the issue isn’t with the industry in general, but PLEASE do your research! A solid company should have easy to find compensation summaries so you can see what the average incomes and timelines to promote are, as well as low startup costs & no inventory requirements. Yes, it is work!! But it can also be a wonderful option if you’re willing to put in the time and effort.
Once your leads are seen as prospective customers, they move to the desire stage, where they start to make decisions, with regards to how they want to take advantage of the solution that you are offering. This is a great opportunity to send your prospects more information about your products or services through email campaigns, while continuing to nurture them along the way.
What is generic to you might be helpful to someone else. Of course all articles help with SEO. You can’t be that ignorant to think that anyone would ignore that. However, there is great content on here. For someone starting out this may be just what they need. Maybe you are far too advanced for anyone. How much money are you making? Maybe as Stephen said you should consider the other articles. https://cdn-evergreenprof.pressidium.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/2017-04-10_16-11-36.png
An online sales funnel promotes one of those two things and depending on how you build it will determine the type of leads and traffic you put into that funnel and how successful that funnel is. Your sales funnel and all the copywriting, all the text, all the images and everything else in that funnel needs to be congruent with the message that you're delivering and the offer that you're promoting.

Glad you like the content... I have unique views on what mentorship is and kinda ranted about it in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0UbzgR-s4M In short, I see every video and blog post that I put out as mentoring, so tune in all you want, join the live streams and most important, take action building your business!!!! But if you are asking if I do one on one coaching or consulting, I don't.

I highly recommend that you build customers in your business first because once you build customers in your business, you can teach your new reps how to build customers in their business. That gets people into the black quicker, meaning profitability quicker. People who make more money than they spend in their network marketing business are over 95% likely to renew every year their membership in their company. https://www.crazyeyemarketing.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Membership-Area.png
MLM salespeople are not employees of the MLM company. Participants do not derive a salary/wage, nor do participants receive remuneration from the MLM company for their invested labor and expenses in their MLM "independent business". The income of participants, if any income is made at all, is derived only from commissions on their personal sales or their share of the commissions on the personal sales of their downlines (the MLM compensation structure).
